This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and the client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client.

Job Description

As an operator at our client, you will work to monitor and ensure that the manufacturing process operates safely, efficiently, and that the products meet the right quality. You will work with planning, preparation, and execution of the process to achieve production goals together with your colleagues.

The role involves rotation between different areas and departments, which places high demands on collaboration, flexibility, and your communication skills.

In your role as an operator, some of your tasks will include:

• Production work (optimizing production, changeovers, and material handling)
• Proactively noticing deviations and performing preventive maintenance
• Actively participating in the development of processes and process equipment
• Quality control of the products
• Forklift driving
• Performing tasks that occur in the factory

Other Information

Location: Uddevalla

Working hours: Day shift, Mon-Fri, 07:00-15:30

Employment type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term employment with a chance of extension

Requirements for the position are that you

• Have a B driver's license and access to a car
• Have forklift licenses A1-A4 and B1-B4
• Are fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Have good knowledge of English
• Have experience in similar work

In accordance with our client's requirements, we conduct a background check in the criminal and debt register as part of this recruitment process before a potential employment.
